The cake was wonderful. It was a 3/4 sheet cake made of hummingbird cake and creamy cream cheese frosting. There was only 1 piece left at the end of the day.  I loved the fall colors.

The Chocolate Viennese cake with raspberry mouse and buttercream frosting. It was fabulous. Everyone Loved it! The cake was moist and the buttercream was perfect not too sweet and silky. Most buttercreams can be overly sweet. This was a perfectly balanced cake. Absolutely delicious. The cake was decorated simple and elegant, everyone loved it! Thank you sooo much. 

 We really loved the peanut brittle. This is the way brittle should taste with no additives. My husband absolutely loved it.
