Tickle Me Sweet Bakery was started by Paula after she had been inspired by her global travels to so many different countries and tasting so many wonderful pastries, breads and candies. She wanted to bring this to her small corner of the world, home.

She attended Auguste Escoffier school of culinary arts Pastry and Baking program where she acquired an Associates degree. In addition to her experiences she learned the special techniques to create so many wonderful French confections, pastries, and breads.

For several years her love of baking for her friends and family would transcend into her bakery. Making her customers smile gave her a warm feeling that she made someone happy today. Her gift is to create that unique unforgettable experience that tantalizes your taste buds.
